Longwick Pre-school is a charity that is run by an elected parent committee which ensures that major policy decisions are in the hands of the parents who use the pre-school. The committee is also responsible for employing appropriate qualified staff.
A current list of committee members is always on display on the pre-school notice board situated at the village hall. If you are interested in joining the committee please contact the Pre-school Manager.
The day to day running of the pre-school is the responsibility of the Pre-school Manager.
The Pre-school Manager organises the overall curriculum and activities undertaken by the children.
Longwick Pre-school is a member of the Early Years Alliance. This is a national organisation which supports and advises groups within the Early Years sector. Membership ensures our pre-school is in touch with the latest developments and all our staff has completed or is undergoing early years courses.
